  Great place to get your deer processed. Friendly staff, clean establishment, and processing didn't take long. Their prices are quite reasonable, and their beef jerky is great!
  
  Don't know what the issue is with these 1 star reviews. Their hours of operation are convenient(open till 8pm most days). Adding boneless pork(which is what they use for "fat") cost extra, its like this at every butcher I've been to. Not to mention that its posted in their shop. Its not nice to give a good business a 1 star review just because you're illiterate. And who in the hell takes 3 weeks to pick up their processed deer? You're lucky they didn't charge you storage fees, ya big dummy.
  
  As for the head of the trophy buck, that's on you. If you wanted it mounted you should have been back there almost immediately to get the head and cape to a taxidermist. Don't worry though, you can still do a european mount.
